1. Affiliate Approvals
Simply Be are happy to work with a wide variety of affiliates promotion with the exception of paid social (i.e social network audience targeting) and display activity that includes our brands.(i.e. brand display ads on sites, apps, social media etc) In particular we are looking for sites which are aesthetically pleasing and best reflect our brand values. We do not work with sites that display content that may be deemed pornographic or offensive.
2. Validations
Validations will generally run monthly in line with our 28 days returns policy. E.g. If you generate a sale on the 1st October, this sale will not be validated before 29th October. Returns, credit reversals etc will then be processed and commission correctly allocated based on the above commission rates. Validations are subject to any change in our returns policy.
Deletion Rate:
Please note that a deletion rate will occur on this program as Simply Be will not be paying out for sales that are returned within their return policy. Deletion rate currently is running at 30% for the affiliate program as a whole.
3. URL Restrictions
Affiliates are permitted to use the Simply Be brand terms as an extension of their own URL. For example:
www.affiliatecompany.com/simplybe Affiliates are prohibited from using any of the Simply Be brand terms, brand term misspelling or similar variations in the main part of any URL domain names.
For example:
www.jdwilliams.com
www.jacamo.co.uk
www.simplybe.org etc
4. Brand Term Restrictions
No brand term bidding allowed without permission from Simply Be Affiliate Manager. All Simply Be Brand terms should be applied as negative match or excluded terms on all keyword or keyword phrases for the purpose of targeting adverts on PPC search engines. This applies to all brands mentioned in the above list.
Affiliates are prohibited from brand bidding on misspells or variations of the Simply Be brands. Do not place your company name, trade marks, service marks, or product names next to (or combine them with) a Simply Be brand/product name.
Affiliates must negative match Simply Be and all of their brand names in any terms associated with voucher codes, discount codes and any other variations of these terms.
5. Landing Pages
Affiliates are prohibited from misleading consumers into their sites representing themselves or passing themselves off as being Simply Be or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe that the site is part of the Simply Be brand.
6. Direct Linking
Affiliates are prohibited from direct linking to the Simply Be brand in any search engine.
7. Voucher Codes
Various voucher codes are available for affiliates to use which will entitle customers to discounts. Please note that Simply Be are targeting new customer traffic primarily.
Only voucher codes that are displayed on the site can be used, unless stated otherwise. On occasion, we provide exclusive codes on a temporary basis. Any unauthorised use of these codes or bogus / invalid codes and offers will result in declined commission, movement to a lower commission structure or removal from the programme.
8. Credit Offers
Affiliates are not permitted to promote credit offers, including those promoted on the Simply Be site. Partners can only promote the credit offer if it has been pre-approved by Simply Be. Any partner driving sales using the credit offers, will have those commissions cancelled during the validations process.
* Please note: The above conditions apply for all the brands individually as well the Simply Be brand as a whole. Any breach of the above conditions will result in you being removed from the Simply Be program and excluded from all future campaigns.
9. Creative and Content
All Simply Be creative, imagery and brand logo’s must be up to date and in line with our seasonal updated assets. A selection of the current season images and logo’s will be available via the Awin UI under Toolbox>My Creative. If you require any specific imagery please contact the Awin team. We do not permit the use of non-stocked images.
Any content that promotes Simply Be through articles or copywriting must be factually correct, if there is any uncertainty regarding specific details please contact the Awin team.
10. Subnetworks
We request that all subnetworks provide a full list and sales breakdown of all sites they promote Simply Be from on a monthly basis to maintain transparency of activity. If this is not possible, please contact the Awin team.
Any breach of the above conditions will result in you being removed from the Simply Be and excluded from all future campaigns.
