These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Pulse and Cocktails ("Pulse") and the individual or entity ("Partner") participating in the Pulse Partners Program ("Program"). By enrolling in or using the Program, the Partner agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions

b. "Partners" refers to individuals or entities participating in the Program.
c. "Pulse Website" refers to the official website of Pulse and Cocktails.
d. "Commission" refers to the monetary compensation provided to Partners for qualified actions.
2. Eligibility
a. The Program is open to trade, shops, individuals, party planners, publishers, bloggers, influencers, and other online entities meeting Pulse's criteria.
b. Pulse reserves the right to reject or terminate any Partner at its discretion.
3. Partner Responsibilities
a. Partners must promote Pulse responsibly and ethically.
b. Partners must not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities.
c. Partners are responsible for the content they create or share.
4. Pulse Website USPs
a. Partners acknowledge and understand Pulse's unique selling propositions.
b. Partners agree to align their promotional efforts with Pulse's brand values.
5. Commission Structure
a. Commissions are based on qualified actions, as determined by Pulse.
b. Commission rates may vary based on the type of action and other factors.
c. Pulse reserves the right to modify commission rates with notice to Partners.
6. Payment Terms
a. Payments will be made on a specified schedule agreed upon by Pulse and Partners.
b. Partners must provide accurate payment details for transactions.
7. Affiliate Online Portal
a. Pulse will provide Partners with access to an affiliate online portal.
b. The portal will display performance metrics, promotional materials, and other relevant information.
8. Offers/Deals
a. Pulse may provide special offers or deals for Partners to promote.
b. Partners are encouraged to stay informed about new promotions and campaigns.
9. Termination
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
b. Termination may result from a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons determined by Pulse.
10. Confidentiality
a. Partners agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from Pulse.
b. Confidentiality obligations continue even after the termination of this Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Amendments
Pulse reserves the right to amend these terms with notice to Partners. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Paid Search Policy: No partner should run a paid search campaign using Pulse and Cocktail terms without written consent.
Display: No partner should run a display campaign using Pulse and Cocktails terms without written consent.
Social Media: No partner should run a social media campaign using the Pulse and Cocktails terms without written consent.
Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers: Partners should only promote voucher codes, sales and offers communicated by Pulse and Cocktails.
Validation and Payment of Commission: Commissions are payable on genuine transactions. Pulse and Cocktail will validate transactions in a timely manner.
Pulse reserves the right to amend these terms with notice to Partners. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
