As an authorized affiliate of Sunber Hair, affiliates must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Thus, please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting as an Affiliate.
Approval Or Rejection Of The Application
Sunber Hair reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate program application at its sole and absolute discretion.
Commissions
Sunber Hair only pays commission for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in returned merchandise, fraud, or are not attributed as last-click conversions will not be paid out.
Coupon / Code
If affiliates have joined the Sunber Hair Affiliate Program and promoted coupon codes through their website, please do the following:
(1) Only advertise coupon codes that are provided to affiliates through the affiliate program or network.
(2) Do not advertise coupon codes obtained from Sunber Hair non-affiliate advertising, customer emails, paid search, or any other campaign.
(3) Do not bid on "Sunber Hair + coupon" or "Sunber Hair + code", and similar keyword combinations without permission.
Once affiliates violate these terms, it may result in removal from the Sunber Hair affiliate program, reversal of sales, or reduction in commissions.
PPC Policy
(1) Do not bid on registered trademarks or registered URLs (including case-sensitive variations, abbreviations, or misspellings) of Sunber Hair.
(2) It is strictly prohibited to use any advertising method that does not funnel traffic directly to Sunber Hair websites, such as wholesale or drop-shipping schemes.
(3) Affiliates must add Sunber Hair trademarked terms as negative keywords when automating PPC campaigns.
If affiliates violate these PPC guidelines, current and past commissions may be set to 0% with a warning.
Prohibited Website Traffic
Popups, Click Unders, Adult Traffic, and Incentivized Traffic are strictly prohibited. No commissions, leads, or payments will be given for such traffic.
Prohibited Website Content
This includes, but is not limited to, content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, as well as content that includes or promotes sexually explicit materials or violence.
Use of Affiliate Promotional Links
Sunber Hair allows affiliates to use Sunber Hair Affiliate Promotional Links for promotion without modification, abridgment, or embellishment. Any tracking issues caused by modified, enhanced, expanded, curtailed, or removed affiliate links must be corrected according to Sunber Hair's requirements. Otherwise, Sunber Hair may not pay commissions.
Fraudulent Activity
Sunber Hair has the right to reverse any sales deemed fraudulent. Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:
Fake or bot-generated credit card purchases or purchases with incorrect billing addresses.
Multiple purchases for similar or identical amounts originating from the same IP address.
The use of malvertising, stolen user data (including credit card information), malware, URL hijacking, sneaky redirects, or similar deceptive practices.
Engaging in cybersquatting or typosquatting.
Once sales are deemed fraudulent, Sunber Hair will suspend the affiliate and cancel commissions immediately.
If an affiliate drives a sudden spike in traffic or sales, Sunber Hair may contact the affiliate to understand their promotional methods. If no useful feedback is received within 24 hours, Sunber Hair may suspend the affiliate from the program and pause commissions until the promotional activities have been reviewed and any necessary adjustments have been made.
