The young ambitious denim project Scotch & Soda Amsterdams Blauw® draws inspiration from American and Japanese denim aesthetics. Last but not least, our boy’s and girls collection Scotch Shrunk and Scotch R’belle has its own signature take on fashion trends. Here it is all about creating an eclectic mix of vintage, rock and bohemian esthetics, surprising fabrics, prints and refined colours for confident little men and little ladies. Affiliates are allowed to
- Use the text link ads as published into the Affiliate Program by Scotch & Soda
- Use the Product feed as published into the Affiliate Program by Scotch & Soda
- Use any other assets as published into the Affiliate Program by Scotch & Soda
Restrictions
- Affiliates are not allowed use the brand “Scotch & Soda” or any of its variations / misspellings, such as (but not limited to) Scotch and Soda, scotchandsoda.com, scotch-soda, scotch ‘n soda, Maison Scotch, Scotch Shrunk, Scotch R’Belle, Barfly, scotch and soda online, scotch & soda webstore, etc. in PPC (or any other advertising) campaigns.
- No direct linking, Affiliates are not allowed to link their PPC (or any other advertising) campaigns directly to any scotch-soda.com domain.
- No confusingly similar domains, Affiliates are not allowed to register confusingly similar domains, such as (but not limited to) www.scotch-soda-clothing.com etc. However, you are allowed to have a Scotch and Soda category if you like, such as www.mysite.com/scotch-and-soda
- No frames: Affiliates are not allowed to put the Scotch and Soda website into frames or masked URLs
- No other assets than provided, Affiliates are not allowed to use any assets other than the assets produced and published by Scotch & Soda into the Affiliate program
- We do not offer discount codes or vouchers. No traffic to our website via discount codes or voucher related sites, keywords or emails are allowed
- No Remarketing/Retargeting, Affiliates are not allowed to use remarketing/retargeting of Scotch and Soda related traffic to generate traffic to their own or any other website.
- Afiliates are allowed to use text links, product and assets only whilst taking Scotch & Soda intellectual property rights into account.(i.e. refraining from infringement of any of Scotch & Soda’s intellectual property rights)
