  1. These terms may be amended at any time.
  2. To register with and use Pharmacy2U you must be over 18 and the details which you give us must be true.
  3. Pharmacy2U is currently only available if you are registered with an NHS GP surgery based in England.
  4. Pharmacy2U and its directors or related companies shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from your participation in this programme.
  5. This programme (via Affiliate Window) is only applicable to sign-ups where they have nominated Pharmacy2U as their pharmacy (nominations) within England, UK. Your participation in this programme and any of its resulting activity by you via this programme or with Pharmacy2U is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have taken place in England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 
  6. The commission will be paid at the point where a sign up is verified. This is when Pharmacy2U can positively match the users identity and ‘nominated’ the sign up to Pharmacy2U. A nomination is a process that was introduced in Release 2 of EPS. It gives patients the option to choose, or 'nominate', a preferred dispensing contractor(s) to which their prescriptions can be sent electronically using the Electronic Prescription Service.
  7. All content on pharmacy2u.co.uk is for information purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, rather it is designed to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare providers. 

 

  1. We cannot incentivise (financially or otherwise) registrations or people to select us as their nominated prescription provider. Therefore publishers that rely on these types of promotions should not join the Pharmacy2U programme. You may not incentivise the sign-up in any way. To be clear, this includes offering monetary value, cashback and bonuses. Incentivising a sign up is not permitted and any publisher found incentivising will result in zero commission paid and immediate removal from our program.
  2. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
  3. Once an order has been placed, the transaction is processed manually at the premises of Pharmacy2U by our registered pharmacists who are members of the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  4. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  5. Pharmacy2U takes the privacy of its patients and partners extremely seriously. Please consult our privacy policy for details of the information we collect, use and protect. Furthermore, all methods to drive nominations must be in accordance with all UK/EU laws and adhere to all GDPR requirements. Failing to do so will result in zero commission paid and immediate removal from our program.

 

  1. All publishers must use trackable UTM tags in order for us to validate any transactions as a result of activity run by publishers. 

 

 

PPC Policy: -
Pharmacy2U operate a strict policy on paid search activity. These terms and conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to search engines, content networks and social network ad placements.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches. Example: Pharmacy2U, pharmacy2u, pharmacy2u.co.uk

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on misspells or variations of brand searches. Example: pharmacy2u.com.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on extended or hybrid brand searches. Examples, Pharmacy2U Offers, Pharmacy2U Voucher Code, pharmacy2u.co.uk promotional code.

Affiliates are not permitted to use the Pharmacy2U trademark in any paid search activity, whether this is in advert text, copy or display URL's.

Affiliates must negative match the Pharmacy2U brand name in any terms associated with voucher codes, discount codes and any other variations of these terms.

Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Pharmacy2U website, this includes using the Pharmacy2U website as a display URL.

Affiliates must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a webpage. Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder. Examples: pharmacy2uoffers.co.uk, pharmacy2u.affiliatesite.com, affiliatesite.co.uk/pharmacy2u

Anyone found infringing on these terms and conditions will be contacted by Pharmacy2U or Awin. Please note anyone found contravening these Terms and Conditions may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme.

Anyone found infringing on these terms and conditions will be contacted by Pharmacy2U or Affiliate Window immediately and may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme.
