In applying for the Preworn affiliate program you, the Publisher, are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
You agree not to alter any of the creative or text links available through the AWIN interface without written consent from the affiliate account manager of Preworn Ltd.
Affiliates wishing to pass on information regarding offline promotions should contact marketing@preworn.co.uk
Any press where Preworn Ltd. is referenced must have involvement and full sign off from Preworn Ltd. Affiliates wishing to pass on information regarding press opportunities should contact marketing@preworn.co.uk
In applying for the Preworn affiliate programme you are confirming that you are not promoting Preworn’s affiliate programme in inappropriate environments such as, but not limited to:
• Illegal material
• Any obscene or sexually explicit material;
• Any violent, discriminatory, threatening or abusive material;
• Any material which is blasphemous or defamatory in any way
• Any material that infringes the Intellectual Property of any third party
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all materials that appear on your website/s.
You agree not to include links or banners in any form of email or newsletter without the prior consent of the affiliate manager from Preworn. Preworn must receive written confirmation that any emails or newsletters sent are ‘opt in’ emails, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
You agree not to use the product datafeed to generate pop unders from your site in the form of spawning. This is the practice of displaying a pop under of a specific product page from the Preworn site, which is relevant to the search term used on a Search engine
Affiliates should make it clear when promoting Preworn that they are not the official www.preworn.ltd website.
