- All partners must be contactable within a reasonable amount of time and provide an email address to contact them. All partners agree to consult with a member of the team on at least a fortnightly basis to improve the relationship and their performance.
- Please do not copy Nearly New Cashmere's email sign up discount to your page, however you can mention they offer a 10% discount when you sign up to Nearly New Cashmere's newsletter.
- Nearly New Cashmere reserves the right to decline any sales that have not been tracked with an unauthorised voucher code whether this code was promoted on the site or not.
- Nearly New Cashmere reserves the right to refuse commission on a wholesale order.
- Nearly New Cashmere reserves the right to withhold commission payment to any affiliate who is found to be in breach of these terms.
