Maze Living Affiliate Scheme Terms and Conditions
‘Maze’ refers to the trademarked brand owned by Maze Rattan Ltd. ‘Maze Living’ refers to the retail website www.mazeliving.co.uk which is operated by Maze Rattan Ltd.
Maze Living is the online retail store from the Maze brand.
As one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing premium garden furniture brands Maze has become synonymous with stylish, high quality outdoor product and we’re passionate about making the most of our outdoor spaces.
Maze collections are designed with you in mind. We understand how important our outdoor spaces are, with our ranges crafted for you to create your own special outdoor moments with family and friends.

We manually approve all applications, so please ensure you have a completed your AWIN profile before applying. We will only approve applications with live URLs - Please do not apply before your site has gone live.
Maze Living Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
As an affiliate and by applying, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Any breach of our terms and conditions may result in exclusion from the Maze Living affiliate programme and reversal of commissions if deemed appropriate at our discretion.

Brand Restrictions
Affiliates must be responsible in their promotion of both the Maze and Maze Living brand and avoid any use which may be interpreted as "spamming" or misrepresenting or bringing disrepute to our company, trading name(s), brand name(s) or the company trading name(s), brand name(s) or our suppliers.
As a leading premium outdoor living brand Maze & the Maze Living website portray an aspirational and stylish image and we ask that all Affiliate content is created with this in mind.
Should you require additional or specific assets not included within our profile, please contact our marketing team who may be able to provide additional content.
Paid Search Policy
Affiliates are required to refrain from registering, appearing or bidding on our pure brand terms, combined brand and generic terms or misspellings, on all search engines (including Google, Yahoo, Bing and MSN) or like services.
These terms include, but are not limited to:
- “Maze Living”
- “Maze Living Furniture”
- “Maze Living Outdoor Furniture”
- “Maze”
- “Maze Furniture”
- “Maze Outdoor Furniture”
- “Maze Rattan”
Affiliates are also restricted from using the following keywords in any form or match type to attract affiliate commission:
- “Outdoor furniture”
- "Garden furniture"
- “All weather furniture”
- "Rattan garden furniture"
- "Rattan furniture"
- "Rattan garden furniture"
Use of the domain mazeliving.co.uk / .com / .org etc or maze-living and variations are strictly forbidden within the copy of any form of advertisement that includes a displayed link this could be PPC campaigns, social media campaigns, video marketing or more including the display URL.
Domain Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to create or register URLs with Maze’s trademarked terms or any misspellings or reformulations contained in their domain.
Any affiliate purchasing such domain names for such purposes will be immediately and permanently removed from the programme and any commissions due will be reversed.
We reserve all rights to reclaim any such domain names that are registered by an affiliate back from the registrant. You consent to this by agreeing to these terms and conditions. Brand terms may, however, be contained within the subdomain e.g:
- www.mazelivingoffers.com - Not allowed
- www.mazeoffers.com - Not allowed
- www.offers.com/MazeLiving - Allowed
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from including the Maze Living website or other websites owned by Maze into frames or use masked URLs.
Voucher Code Use
All discount/voucher code use must comply with the official IAB guidelines, which can be found here:

In addition to the IAB guidelines, the following terms apply to the Maze Living affiliate programme:
- Any Maze Living discount/voucher codes promoted must be provided by authorised representatives of Maze as part of the Maze Living affiliate programme.
- Any Maze Living discount/voucher codes will have an activation date and an expiration date.
- Affiliates are not allowed to display discount/voucher codes that were intended for use in other channels or for other online affiliates.
- Affiliates are not allowed to display fictional/invented discount/voucher codes on their site(s).
- Affiliates found to be using unauthorised discount/voucher codes face immediate suspension from the programme. We will withhold payments of commissions if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Cancelled Orders and Commission Validations
Any cancelled or non-collected orders will be invalidated within a 2 week period and will result in non-payment of commission.

Assets & Creatives
We prefer that affiliates utilise the creative assets available in the AWIN portal and that these assets are not altered.
Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window may take immediate effect. If your site requires that banners are hardcoded, please contact the account management team to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact you whenever updates are necessary.

Email Marketing
Affiliates are permitted to send solus emails to their databases. Your whole database members must have provided full consented and opted-in permission. For more information or guidance please contact us.

Social Media
Affiliates may feature Maze & Maze Living on their social media platforms - branding restrictions and guidelines must be adhered to.
The Maze or Maze Living names should not be used in any way to register accounts on social media or via any other channel. Affiliates must bear in mind that in order to comply with our brand guidelines, they must never speak ‘As’ if they are the brand, or ‘on behalf of the brand. They may only speak 'about' or 'promote' the brand or our products.
Reserved Rights:
Maze reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions any time without prior notice, however, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice.
