Accurist Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
As an authorized affiliate of Accurist, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Accurist as an Affiliate.
- Commission is paid on the order total excluding VAT and shipping costs
- Bidding on our brand terms (or any sentence including our brand terms e.g. "Accurist voucher codes" or "Accurist watches" ) in PPC is considered non-value to us and will result in suspension
- Affiliates cannot link directly to the Accurist website from any search unless otherwise agreed.
- Affiliates may only present to their customers codes or discounts specifically provided to the affiliate channel. Use of unauthorised codes will result in commissions being cancelled and potential removal from the program.
- All affiliates must only use content provided by Accurist directly with no edits made.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring content is kept up to date and the information shown is correct.
- Affiliates must not frame or copy the Accurist website.
- Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of Accurist
- If an affiliate wishes to send out an email promoting Accurist they must first gain sign off.
- Accurist reserve the right to request that content be removed with 24 hours should these terms not be adhered to.
- Affiliates are not permitted to pose as Accurist on any social media. Affiliates are permitted to advertise Accurist on their own social media pages.
- If an affiliate is found to promote any of the following content they will be suspended immediately - Adult, explicit, offensive, abusive, violent, misleading, obscene, racist, discriminative, extremist, illegal or relating to gambling, bad debt or tobacco products..
