If we find any TM infringement during your promotion, the commissions you have generated will be withdrawn.
• If we find any TM/TM+ violation or malicious fraud, commissions generated will not be paid. We will ask for compensation for serious consequences or losses caused by the violation.
• You are not allowed to direct links. You are not allowed to use the VEVOR.com display URL.

Anti Fraud Policy:
Including but not limited to the following forms are not allowed:
1. Maliciously Registering our Brand Domain or Variants to Hijack SEO Traffic and earn commissions;
2. Cookie Stuffing: including placing cookies on a user's computer without their knowledge or consent through iframes or via image；
3. Landing Page Hijacking Fraud: Automatically injecting affiliate parameters when users enter the advertiser's domain name;
4. Deceptive browser extensions: Display pop-up ads during user shopping, leading to attribution hijacking;
5. Pop up or pop under ad fraud: Display pop-up or pup under ads during user shopping through their Java script on our website;
6. False Traffic: By purchasing or using low-quality but large traffic to implant cookie on user's device;

Punishments about Violations
Violation of any of the terms or prohibitions contained in this Agreement
may result in, among other things:
(a) the immediate termination of our cooperation;
(b) deducting your commission or historical earnings due to fraudulent orders;
(c) Vevor will retain the right of legal prosecution.
