As well as distributing for select brands such as SPX Power Team, Milwaukee and DeWalt, we are the largest manufacturer of gas struts in the UK and carry a huge range of our own garage equipment, such as air compressors, tool chests, trolley jacks, hydraulic shop presses and engine cranes. With a focus on quality at the right price, our products are used by the general public and industry alike, both domestically and abroad.

Terms – general
1) Affiliate Commission
We offer the following affiliate commission:
1% default
1% existing customers
2% new customers
Bespoke commission structures can be discussed. All sales track with/without VAT and delivery costs.
2) Affiliate Approvals
SGS are happy work with all types of affiliate promotion and encourages all interested sites to apply. We are specifically looking for sites which are aesthetically pleasing and best reflect our brand values. We do not work with sites that display content that may be deemed pornographic or offensive.
3) Validations
Sales are validated maximum 90 days after the transaction date. This is to account for our return period. Any pending transaction queries will also be validated as long as they fall within the timeframe of sales that are being validated at that moment in time. Any sales that appear to be from ‘goal-hanging’ affiliates will be declined. SGS reserves the right to decline commissions on a case-by-case basis.
4) PPC
We do not allow brand bidding without the written permission from SGS. All SGS brand or catalogue terms should be applied as negative match or excluded terms on all keyword or keyword phrases for the purpose of targeting adverts on PPC search engines.
Affiliates are prohibited from brand bidding on misspells or variations of the SGS brand terms, as well as Nitrolift brand terms. It is not allowed to place your company name, trademarks, service marks, or product names next to (or combine them with) a SGS brand/product name, or is it allowed to use the SGS brand terms as an extension of your own URL.
5) Voucher codes
Voucher codes that are displayed directly on site may be used with permission from SGS. Any codes that are shown in a pop-up are not allowed to be displayed. SGS reserves the right to request code removal. Any unauthorised use of codes will result in declined commission or removal from the program. Unique codes can be created for individual vendors.
SGS reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the affiliate program in case of a T&C breach.
