Terms and Conditions

All partners are encouraged and expected to read and adhere to the terms and conditions below.

Contact:

All partners must be contactable within a reasonable amount of time and provide an email address to contact them. All partners agree to consult with the brand regularly to improve the relationship and their performance.

Eligibility:

As part of the registration process, your website will be screened to make sure that the material and content is appropriate. We reserve the right to reject any site which does not meet our criteria and to do so without giving our reasons for rejection. To be considered for our affiliate programme your website must be:

  • UK based
  • Fully functional and in full working order
  • User friendly
  • Search engine friendly (No black hat SEO)
  • Designed to a good standard.
  • Free from offensive or inappropriate material

Brand:

Partners agree to present Glaize in the same manner the brand presents itself.

Partners will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing.

Promotions:

It is agreed that before publishing, marketing activity will be sent to the relevant Account Manager for approval.

Paid Search Policy:

No partner should run a paid search campaign using brand terms without written consent.

Any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms will be removed from the scheme and any outstanding commission or commission generated from sales in breach of regulations will not be paid.

Comparison Shopping Services:

No partner should run a CSS campaign using brand terms without written consent.

Display:

No partner should run a display campaign using brand terms without written consent.

Social Media:

No partner should run a social media campaign using brand terms without written consent.

Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers:

Partners should only promote voucher codes, sales and offers communicated by an Account Manager. 

Lead Generation:

Where Lead Generation is applicable, partners agree that leads will be qualified and declined a payment where they are: spam, not contactable after five tries, duplicates, tests and fraudulent. 

Cashback:

Partners agree to a tiered approach where they may receive a higher commission rate for new customers vs. repeat customers.

Refusal:

Where Glaize judges a breach of the terms is severe enough. And in consultation with an independent third party where available such as an Affiliate Network representative. Partner commissions can be refused (declined) for transactions relevant to the breach. 

Validation and Payment of Commission:

Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads. The brand will validate transactions and leads to gauge if they are real.
