Terms & Conditions of QR Code Generator affiliate program
We encourage all interested sites to apply to our program.
The agreement below governs the relationship between “You” (the affiliate) and “We” or “Us” (the QR Code Generator campaign). By agreeing to the below, you agree that you will comply with all conditions outlined and understand that any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in your removal from the campaign and commissions being declined.
AFFILIATE APPROVALS
Affiliates applying to the QR Code Generator program will be reviewed by AwinAccount Managers who will make a decision on if the site is appropriate to the QR Code Generator brand.
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
Affiliates are not allowed to create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent.
Email policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this affiliate program. If you wish to send out an email on behalf of QR Code Generator to your database you must seek prior approval from QR Code Generator.
Display Activity
Any affiliates that promote QR Code Generator via display are responsible for their activity, regardless of whether they own the websites on which they are promoting QR Code Generator.
Social Media & Mobile
Affiliates are not permitted to pose as QR Code Generator on any social media or mobile platforms.
Pay Per Click (PPC) & SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Policy
Pay per click (PPC) search activity and brand name bidding is strictly forbidden by QR Code Generator.
Toolbars and Browser Plugins
Affiliates are not permitted to promote QR Code Generator through any toolbar or plugin unless they have direct authorization from the QR Code Generator marketing team, in addition to being accepted onto QR Code Generator affiliate program. The unauthorized use of this type of software/script may result in sales being declined and ultimately program suspension.
COPY & CREATIVE
Affiliates can only use creative supplies directly from the Awin interface. Failure to do so may result in removal from the QR Code Generator Affiliate Programme and all associated Commission being forfeited.

DOMAIN NAMES
Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of QR Code Generator’s own URL unless agreed directly with QR Code Generator.
UNSUITABLE CONTENT
The Affiliate agrees to not provide, promote, distribute, place, or otherwise publish any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise objectionable, fraudulent or violates any law. The Affiliate remains solely responsible for the content of its website. The Affiliate shall not place Links on any sites which contain, promote, or sell:
adult/pornographic material;
products related to weapons or ammunition;
illegal content or activity ((including but not limited to warez, cracking, ROM or emulator sites, or hacking);
extreme political views, bigotry or hatred; or
any other content which could reasonably be expected to negatively impact the Egoditor and QR Code Generator brand via association.
TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated. The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
Spamming.
Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing and applicable guidelines and regulations under UK law, or any applicable local laws.
Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
In addition to the foregoing, QR Code Generator reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.
AFFILIATE COMMISSION
The default commission structure for the QR Code Generator program is 20% for all affiliates.
COOKIE PERIOD
The cookie period is 45 days.
SALES VALIDATION
Conversions are validated based on the subscribed date on the QR Code Generator affiliate program, with commissions being paid after 45 days. A commission may be declined if an order has been canceled before 45 days.
