Commission: Up to 5% paid on B2C orders only. Please note that we do not pay commission for existing B2B customer tiers or if a discount voucher is used.

Returns: Should a customer return an order within 28 days of receipt of their goods (for example, if the item is an unwanted gift or is not as expected) please note we do not pay commission.
