Voucher codes promoted must be provided through the Grubby Affiliate Window program. Vouchers are given on both a global and individual basis. Any voucher given on an individual basis must not be used/given to other affiliates on the network.
Closed PPC policy
Please be advised that brand name bidding restrictions apply to the Grubby programme. Affiliates are requested not to bid on brand or brand plus generic terms or ANY derivation or misspelling. Affiliates are also not allowed to bid on terms where Grubby appears in the natural listings in the top 3 on generic terms and not above their own PPC activity. To avoid broad match issues please include restricted terms as negative keywords in all your PPC campaigns for Grubby. Affiliates are requested not to use any domain owned by Grubby as their display URL for PPC. This includes but is not limited to www.grubby.co.uk.
De-duplication Policy & Best Practice
Grubby de-duplicate automatically against other channels.
Grubby agrees, wherever possible, to provide affiliates with reasonable notice period on any significant changes to the campaign.
Please do not register url’s similar to grubby.co.uk without the merchant’s consent. Grubby welcomes the opportunity to work with all affiliate types except software application affiliates. Affiliates must supply a working url in order to be accepted onto the program.
Please do not use competitor names to send traffic to the merchant’s site.
Refunded Orders
Grubby will only pay commission on full a sale only. Grubby reserves the right to cancel commission if the order is fraudulent.
Cancelled Orders
Grubby reserver the right to withdraw commission if we believe than an order has been placed fraudulently or if payment is not received for the order.
Branding
Affiliates are not permitted to use Grubby or Grubby Recipe in a domain name.
