All affiliates are required to adhere to IAB and Peper Harow Terms & Conditions. These may be subject to change but are included below for reference.
- Affiliates must always promote Peper Harow in a positive, relevant manner.
- All affiliates who apply to the Peper Harow affiliate program will be reviewed prior to a decision being reached. To maximise your chance of being accepted, clearly express your relevance and value to the Peper Harow program in your application and only list the URL/URLs that you plan to feature Peper Harow on. Any approvals, apply only to the URLs provided at the time of application. You do not have permission to feature Peper Harow on any sites that are not listed in your original application.
- If you wish to feature Peper Harow on other sites that you own, please contact the Affiliate Manager
- Newsletters allowed with the explicit permission of Peper Harow and dependent on content - must be pre-approved
- Retargeting and Remarketing allowed with the explicit permission of Peper Harow and dependent on content - must be pre-approved
- Affiliate sites must be complete and not under construction
The following affiliate sites or behaviours are not permitted:
- Under construction
- Contain adult content or are pornographic or sexually explicit.
- Promote violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, or other illegal activities.
- Use spyware or phishing techniques or are motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practices.
- Adopt black hat web practices.
- Work against the interest of Peper Harow
- Participate in fraudulent activities.
- Advertise Sale against Peper Harow products if the products are not on Sale.
- Affiliates must not duplicate or reproduce lifestyle images or product content from the Peper Harow website.
- Any usage of the Peper Harow logo or Peper Harow creative must be approved.
- Affiliates must use links from the program they are signed up to and must not use links to the Peper Harow website.
Please note, this list is not exhaustive. You are encouraged to clearly express your relevance and value to the Peper Harow programme in your application. If you are rejected, please check your URL is not in breach of any terms and conditions. You may be rejected if your website does not clearly highlight an obvious relevance for promoting Peper Harow. If you wish for your application to be reconsidered, please send details of how you plan to feature Peper Harow, along with all URLs that you'd like to be considered.
In addition, affiliates may not:
- Put the Peper Harow website into frames or use masked URLs
- Purchase domain names which include the Peper Harow brand name, registered trademarks, nor any misspells or variations
- Alter any of the creative or text links available through the Affiliate Window interface
- Hardcode banners onto their site, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window may take immediate effect.
