When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

IS THE SEX CARE SUBSCRIPTION THE ONLY WAY TO GET ROAM?

Not at all. You can buy as a one-off purchase from the shop all part of our website.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SEX CARE SUBSCRIPTION?

Please view the subscription area, click Subscriptions, pick the product you wish to cancel, from this page, click the Cancel Subscription button and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also change your next delivery date or skip an order if you wish to postpone a delivery.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Your pleasure is important to us. We’re happy to provide an exchange or refund on any un-opened products within 30 days of your order being placed. If you’ve bought the wrong condom size we’ll replace without question.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

For hygiene reasons, we can only guarantee refunds on unused items. All returns will be processed and refunded in a maximum of 5 working days following receipt of the product at our warehouse.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, we do for an extra £3.95. Our cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm Monday to Thursday. If you select next day delivery before 3pm Monday to Thursday it will be processed, dispatched and with you the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next day and delivered the day after that. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered the following day.

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Some products are too big to fit through a standard letterbox. If you're not in when your order arrives our delivery partner will attempt to deliver a further two times or leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour. In some instances, they may need to leave a card with additional instructions. If you want us to track your order don’t hesitate to get in touch.

WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your card will be charged during the checkout process at the point of sale. For subscriptions, you will be charged on your subscription renewal date.
