1. The Henry brand and MyHenry website are owned and managed by Numatic International Ltd.
2. All content on our website and social media platforms, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound, video and data are the property of Numatic International Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or re-purpose content without prior consent from Numatic International Ltd.
3. We reserve the right to request the removal of any images or content that misrepresent our brand/product and withhold any affiliate commissions.
4. We reserve the right to not offer commissions on selected Henry products and vacuum cleaners.
5. We do not currently de-duplicate sales but reserve the right to do so in the future.
6. The Affiliate shall:
a. not do, or omit to do, anything which may cause Numatic International Ltd. to lose any licence, authority, consent, or permission on which it relies for the purposes of conducting its business.
b. comply with the below guidelines from the Advertising Standards Authority https://www.asa.org.uk/uploads/assets/uploaded/3af39c72-76e1-4a59-b2b47e81a034cd1d.pdf
c. not breach any Advertising Regulations.
d. make it obviously identifiable when the Affiliate is advertising a Henry product before a viewer engages the advertisement.
e. only use the creative, copy and information available within their affiliate account.
f. not be defamatory, libellous, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
g. not make any adverse or derogatory comment about Numatic International Ltd., its employees or associates or do anything which shall, or may, bring Numatic International Ltd. into disrepute.
h. not make any adverse or derogatory comment about the Numatic International Ltd.’s products or services.
i. ensure any agreements, financial arrangements or personal information shared between Numatic International Ltd. and affiliates are to remain private and confidential.
7. Discount/promotion/voucher codes are subject to change and shall be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to end any discounts or promotions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates may only promote discount codes provided exclusively for their site. Expired discounts and vouchers must be removed from your website and/or social media upon the day of expiry.
8. MyHenry does not support brand name bidding. No direct PPC is permitted, which includes all specific product and brand names. PPC affiliates should add the Henry brand name and associated terms into their negative keyword list.
9. Numatic International Ltd. Reserves the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
