By applying to join the Funky Chunky Furniture affiliate programme you are agreeing that you have read and will adhere to the following terms and conditions, as set out below.
Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in exclusion from the Funky Chunky Furniture affiliate programme, reversal of commissions, at our discretion.

1.0 Brand:
Partners agree to present Funky Chunky Furniture in the same manner that Funky Chunky Furniture presents itself. Partners will take reasonable care to use up-to-date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing.
2.0 Creative:
We have provided a suite of creatives, which will be updated throughout the year to reflect seasonality, product launches and offers. Affiliates may not alter any creatives from the ones provided, and are requested to update the creatives used on their sites as we make newer versions available. This helps to keep the content fresh and relevant.
3.0 PPC:
Affiliates are not permitted to register, appear or bid on our pure brand terms, long tail terms, combined brand and generic terms or misspellings on any search engine (including Google, Yahoo, Bing and MSN) or any other similar services. This applies to, but not limited to, search, display, and shopping sections of search engines.
Affiliates are required to include brand and misspelling terms as negative keywords in any and all of their search engine marketing campaigns.
4.0 Comparison Shopping Services:
No partner should run a CSS campaign using the brand terms without written consent.
5.0 Social Media:
No partner should run a social media campaign using the brand terms without written consent. The Funky Chunky Furniture brand must not be used in any way to register accounts on social media, or via any other channel. You may feature Funky Chunky Furniture on your own social media platforms, but never speak ‘as’ or ‘for’ the brand, only speak ‘about’ or ‘promote’ the brand or our products, being mindful to adhere to section “1.0 Brand” of our terms.
6.0 Domain Restrictions:
Direct linking - Affiliates are not permitted to use any domains owned by Funky Chunky Furniture as their display URL without express written permission.
Affiliate-owned domains - Affiliates are permitted to use brand terms as a directory, e.g. www.affiliate.com/funkychunkyfurniture. Affiliates are not permitted to create domains containing brand terms as a domain or sub-domain, e.g. www.affiliate-funkychunkyfurniture.co.uk
Landing pages - Affiliates are not permitted to construct a landing page for Funky Chunky Furniture without pre-approval. Please contact the Account Management team beforehand.
7.0 Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers:
Partners should only promote voucher codes, sales and offers communicated by a Funky Chunky Furniture Account Manager. Funky Chunky Furniture will withhold payment of commission, or suspend publishers, if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
If Funky Chunky Furniture makes discount codes available for affiliate use they will be issued with an expiry date. Affiliates must ensure that these expiry dates are clearly communicated, and codes must be removed, or marked as expired, after this date. Any affiliates who do not remove expired codes, or clearly mark them as expired, may be suspended from our programme.
Commission will not be validated on any transactions using our 10% off for new customers offer via our Email Sign Up July 2024 onwards.
8.0 Cashback:
Partners agree to a tiered approach where Funky Chunky Furniture may offer as little as 1% cashback to encourage consumers to spend more money to achieve higher rates.
9.0 Lead Generation:
Where Lead Generation is applicable, partners agree that leads will be qualified and declined a payment where they are: spam, not contactable after five tries, duplicates, tests and fraudulent.
10.0 Refusal:
Where the brand judge a breach of the terms is severe enough. And in consultation with an independent third party where available such as an Affiliate Network representative. Partner commissions can be refused (declined) for transactions relevant to the breach.
11.0 Validation and Payment of Commission:
Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads. The brand will validate transactions and leads to gauge if they are real. Funky Chunky Furniture reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
12.0 Contact:
All partners must be contactable within a reasonable amount of time and provide an email address to contact them. All partners agree to consult with the brand on at least a fortnightly basis to improve the relationship and their performance.
13.0 Organic Rankings:
Publishers cannot organically compete with us for our branded keywords or branded search terms. We consider our branded keywords and branded search to be any query via a search engine that includes the name of our company or a combination of our brand words. For example, creating a landing page on your site, or editing meta on your site so that a page ranks for Funky Chunky Furniture or Chunky Funky Furniture or FC Furniture, would be unacceptable.
