Program Terms :
To participate in the Program, you must complete and submit an application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. If accepted, you will receive a unique affiliate ID and access to marketing materials.
Affiliate Obligations
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote our products/services in a manner that is ethical, legal, and consistent with our brand values.
Use only the marketing materials and links provided by us or approved by us.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Pinnacle Hemp in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Not engage in any deceptive or misleading advertising practices, including but not limited to false claims or misleading descriptions of our products/services.
Commission Structure
Commissions are earned based on sales generated through your affiliate links. The commission rates and payment structure are outlined in the affiliate dashboard.
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met. Payments will be made through the method specified in your affiliate account settings.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Use spam or unsolicited emails to promote our products/services.
Engage in click fraud or any other fraudulent activity.
Use our trademarks or copyrighted materials in a way that is not authorized by us.
Create websites or content that falsely represent our products/services or mislead users.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotion of our products/services and remove all affiliate links and materials from your website and other platforms.
Liability
Pinnacle Hemp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Program will be limited to the total commissions paid to you in the preceding three months.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
