Ad hijacking, including but not limited to the unauthorised use of brand terms in paid search, misleading redirections, or impersonation of official ads, is strictly prohibited. Any partner found to be engaging in ad hijacking will forfeit all associated commissions, and their participation in the program may be terminated immediately at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to withhold or reserve payments and remove the partner from the program without prior notice.
If any affiliate is found to be breaking any of the terms above, they will be asked to amend their promotions. Consistent failure to comply with these rules will result in the affiliate being removed from the program and commissions being set to zero.
