What will stop me getting cashback?
- If the quote has been generated via any third party site or advertisement, the sale will not be attributed to the cashback website.
- If the policy has been cancelled by you or terminated in any fashion by Oasis Insurance.
- Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- If a quote is generated online via the cashback website, but you then telephone Oasis Insurance to complete the purchase of cover.
- If you are renewing your policy.
- If you generate a quote and come back later to retrieve the quote and purchase.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by the cashback website.
What else is essential?
- Cashback applies only to the base premium of the policy taken out by the customer. Cashback does NOT apply to any additional Insurance premium taxes or medical screenings.
- You must ensure that you have third party cookie tracking enabled on your device on which you make the application and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window.
- Cashback is only available on new policies.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
What to do when?
- If your sales fails to track, please raise a claim within 30 days of the sale date. Claims made after 30 days will be declined. If you believe you have been awarded the wrong amount of cashback, please again raise your claim within 30 days of cashback being confirmed in your account. We will be unable to investigate claims after this timeframe.
- Your policy must be continuously in force for at least 30 days and all policy payments must be up to date in order to qualify for cashback. Cashback terms will only be confirmed and paid by TopCashback to you after this time period.
