6G Internet Affiliate Programme - Terms & Conditions (“the Terms”)
If you (the “Affiliate”) are a member of Awin Limited’s affiliate network (“the Awin Network”), you need to read and understand these Terms, which you agree to and accept by participating in the 6G Internet Limited’s (“6G Internet”) Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”).
If you are not a member of the Awin Network, to participate in our Programme you must first become a member of the Awin Network, which requires that you to complete an application form and read, understand and agree to the Awin terms and conditions that apply to members of the Awin Network.
Commission is paid out on an approved sale.
The types of affiliates that are permitted to join the Programme include but are not limited to:
• Price Comparison affiliate sites
• Content affiliate sites
For the avoidance of doubt, PPC campaigns are not permitted unless authorised in writing by 6G Internet on a per case basis. Brand bidding (including misspelt words) is expressly forbidden.
The following types of website are not suitable for the 6G Internet Programme: Adult sites, gambling sites, sites which promote violence or inappropriate behaviour or sites considered by 6G Internet (in its sole discretion) to be inappropriate for association with our brand and/or infringe the trademark rights of 6G Internet or any third party rights (referred to as “Inappropriate Sites”). 6G Internet may terminate these Terms with immediate effect without liability to pay commissions should the Affiliate’s website be considered an Inappropriate Site.
Affiliates are only permitted to promote, market or sell 6G Internet via websites. Any Affiliate found to have engaged in activities that are not permitted (including but not limited to telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email marketing) shall be removed from the Programme immediately and any and all entitlement to commissions shall be lost.
6G Internet do not pay commission on regrades or recontract sales.
6G Internet encourages all affiliates to contact us regarding the way in which they intend to market our services.
Affiliates shall only use creative supplied directly by 6G Internet through the Awin Network.
Affiliates shall comply with all instructions and/or guidelines issued by 6G Internet or the Awin Network from time to time in relation to the presentation and/or display of marketing communications. Any errors in marketing communications shall be promptly corrected by the Affiliate at their sole cost.
6G Internet will investigate disputed transactions within 60 days of submission.
Due to the nature of provisioning and Ofcom regulations, if a sale/order has been not completed for 4 months or more, it will not go live. Should this happen, a follow up phone call may be required which will necessitate a new sales process. Therefore sales not completed for more than 4 months will be rejected. No commission shall be paid on sales that are cancelled during any ‘cooling off’ period.
The Affiliate shall assist 6G Internet and/or Awin Network in effectively managing any consumer or regulatory complaints through to resolution.
6G Internet de-duplicate on a ‘last click wins’ basis across all online channels including but not limited to display, email and paid search.
If the Affiliate is reasonably considered by 6G Internet to be in breach of these Terms, 6G Internet may immediately terminate these Terms and remove the Affiliate from the Programme without liability to pay any commissions.
