Restrictions
Partners may not place ads using brand-related keywords such as Skisport, AktivWinter, ActieveWinter or any related terms, including domains or misspellings. Displaying any of these URLs in ads is also prohibited.
Promotion of the affiliate program via spam is strictly forbidden. All recipients must have given prior consent to receive messages (opt-in). Communication must not create the impression that Skisport initiated the mailing. The publisher must be clearly identifiable as the sender.
Websites containing pornographic, illegal, violent, discriminatory, offensive, extremist, politically radical, harmful to minors, ethically questionable or violence-glorifying content are not allowed. The same applies to content that trivializes or promotes drug use.
