Affiliates are prohibited from running keyword advertising on brand names or any related terms, including misspellings, variations, or combinations. This also includes displaying the brand URL in ad creatives.
Promotion of the affiliate program through spam or unsolicited email is strictly prohibited. Recipients must have given prior consent to receive messages through an opt-in process. It must not appear as though the advertiser initiated the mailing, and the publisher must be clearly identifiable as the sender.
Websites containing pornographic, illegal, violent, discriminatory, offensive, extremist, politically radical, harmful to minors, ethically questionable, or violence-glorifying content are not permitted. The same applies to content that trivializes or glorifies drug use.
