ANIMAL will pay you 5% on all full price sales generated through its affiliate programme.
In applying for the ANIMAL affiliate program, you are confirming that you are not promoting us or our products in an inappropriate environment such as but not limited to:
Illegal material
Any obscene or sexually explicit material
Any violent, discriminatory, threatening or abusive material
Any material which is blasphemous or defamatory in any way
Any material that infringes the Intellectual Property of any 3rd party
There is a 30-day cookie length on the ANIMAL programme.
Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the ANIMAL affiliate programme (either by AWIN or ANIMAL).
ANIMAL reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if affiliates promote an unauthorised voucher code. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the codes(s) are removed. We request that partners make this clear to their customers where this will impact on any expected cashback or loyalty point reward.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.
Affiliate PPC Guidelines
ANIMAL operates a strict policy on Paid Search activity including, but not limited to, search engines, advertising networks and social media placements. We do not allow paid search activity of any kind without consent of ANIMAL. Consistent breach of this may result in commissions being declined and potentially being suspended from the programme.
Affiliates must not bit on brand names or misspelling such as “Animal”, “Anmal”, “Aminal”, etc.
GOOGLE SHOPPING / PLA ACTIVITY
We do not allow Google Shopping/PLA activity of any kind without consent of ANIMAL.
Post-view Sales
Post-view or impression-based sales will not be recognised for commission unless specifically agreed in writing by both ANIMAL and AWin in advance of any activity taking place.
Use of Banner Ad Creative
Affiliate partners must use the ad creative supplied directly through AWin and these must not be altered in any way. Any banners being used must be served from the network and not be hardcoded into the site.
We do not allow affiliates to scrape the site for product. All affiliates must use the feeds provided as a means of accessing product.
