1.Brand Bidding (PPC)
Bidding on Allianz Direct brand terms is strictly prohibited unless explicit consent is given. Add “allianz” as phrase in your PPC account to be compliant. Direct linking is not allowed.
Commissions made as a result of unauthorised keyword bidding will be declined.

2. Commissionable transactions
After each month all transactions will be submitted for validation.
Valid transactions will then be approved within Awin. The cookie window is 30 days post click.
We only pay for sales that come directly from Awin or if customers initially came via Awin and returned through organic or branded campaigns, with Awin as the last channel. We do not pay for transactions if the last channel campaign is non-branded.
3. Approved sites for promotion
Email marketing and social media marketing is strictly prohibited unless explicit consent is given.
4. Promotional code
Allianz Direct is open to providing publishers with promotional codes on a case by case basis. However, we reserve the right to cancel a promotional code at any time.

6. Actieve Provisiewet
Publishers die deelnemen zijn verplicht te voldoen aan de richtlijnen van de Actieve Provisiewet. Dit betekent dat zij transparant moeten zijn over de vergoedingen die zij ontvangen van Allianz Direct. Klanten dienen (vlak voor het aankoopproces) duidelijk geïnformeerd te worden over eventuele commissies of andere financiële voordelen die voortvloeien uit promotionele activiteiten.
