Orange County CBD Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Upon acceptance onto the Orange County CBD program the following terms have been put in place and all affiliates are automatically entering into agreement of them. It is encouraged for all affiliates to read these terms thoroughly as it is assumed that, by joining the Orange County CBD affiliate program, they have been read and understood.
Pre-approval of Communication
Advertorial copy, imagery or other content should be sent to a member of the Orange County CBD team before it is set live within a consumer facing environment. Media such as social media, email and other forms of consumer communication should also be approved by a member of the Orange County CBD team before it is set live.
Given the nature of the Orange County CBD products, all information must be accurate, and any health claims should be approved by the Orange County CBD team before it is set live.
Ambassadorship
Affiliates must represent Orange County CBD is as positive a light as possible - and any ad copy and creative content must match the standards of the Orange County CBD website, and all information about the Orange County CBD brand must be factual and accurate.
Affiliates should treat Orange County CBD as if they are a part of the team and consistently act in the best interests of Orange County CBD at all times.
Bots and Automation
Bots, scripts and other forms of automation that are used to message consumers on a mass/large scale are not permitted.
Adult/Mature/Hate/Terrorist/Political/Contentious Content
Orange County CBD should never be present where any of this type of content is presented, Orange County CBD should never be presented as taking a view or opinion that it has not been consented to. No affiliate should position Orange County CBD in a way whereby a consumer could presume Orange County CBD supports a view or opinion of the affiliate.
Legal Notice
Orange County CBD products are 100% legal in the UK and a notice should be displayed next to media promotions so consumers clearly understand this.
Affiliates should seek help from Orange County CBD on anything they are unsure about in regards to legalities.
Commission
Commission is payable after a 30 day refund period has passed. Commissions will typically be paid between 30-40 days after a transaction has occurred.
Commission will only be approved on authorised discount/voucher codes. Sales generated using discount codes from other publishers will be declined.
Fraud
Any Affiliate found to be manipulating performance or conducting in any sort of fraud will be terminated from the program and forfeit all and any outstanding commission that has not been credited to their bank account.
Before Joining
All Affiliates must contact the Orange County CBD team before they join the affiliate program in order to discuss opportunities and the team can understand how they plan to promote the products.
