The affiliate agreement sets out the terms and conditions between iDisplayit and you, regarding your application to participate in the iDisplayit affiliate program.
Commission
Earn up to 5% commission for every customer that purchases using your affiliate link. 30-day cookie period. Commission is earned on the subtotal value of the sale; excludes VAT and shipping costs. Commission is paid once the customer has received their items. Any cancelled orders or unfulfilled orders will result in no commission being issued.
PPC
Pay per click (PPC) search activity and brand name bidding is strictly forbidden by iDisplayit. Any publisher found to be bidding outside of these conditions will be removed from the affiliate program and any unpaid commissions will be declined.
Affiliates are requested not to bid on any brand name terms or any derivation or misspelling (broad match or phrase) within paid search activity. These include, but are not limited to, iDisplayit and i display it etc.
Affiliates may not use domain names that contain the iDisplayit brand name, (including misspells and variations) or any domain name that would falsely associate iDisplayit with a 3rd party website. Example: https://www.idisplayit.co.uk/, https://www.displayit.com etc.
Affiliates are prohibited to bid on terms that contain links to our direct competitors’ brands.
Affiliates are asked not to use our brand name terms in sequence with other keywords. Example: iDisplayit discount code, iDisplayit voucher, iDisplayit promo code etc.
Voucher Codes
You may only promote affiliate authorised voucher codes if you are on our voucher code publisher list or if agreed with the affiliate manager otherwise no commission will be paid on sales that have used the code.
All websites are requested to remove voucher codes or mark them as expired once an offer has finished. Expiry date must be clearly visible if a voucher code has been issued.
Social Content Creators
Please note if you wish to use affiliate links within your Instagram Stories and other social channels, you will need to use #ad as the only valid identifier to be ASA compliant. Awin has a one-page website - Paid for Advertising - which explains how free content can have a commercial relationship attached to it. This can be linked to by any affiliate in order to make your readers aware of how affiliate links work.
Responsibilities
It is understood that you will introduce our products to your current and prospective customers and will comply with all laws as well as those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws.
Affiliates accept that in becoming an iDisplayit affiliate they will act in a responsible manner that does not bring iDisplayit and any of its associated brands or products into disrepute.
We may change the program, service policies or operating procedures at any time.
We make no representation that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
You are only eligible to earn affiliate payments during your time as an approved affiliate. Reasons for terminating your affiliate application may be because of (but is not limited to):
- Advertising on sites that contain or promote illegal activities
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks etc.)
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
- Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected affiliate fraud
