Terms and Conditions

Publishers

Affiliates are only permitted to advertise offers recieved from Awin or Trooli directly.

Affiliates must raise any queries over missing tenancies, bonuses or transactions with Awin and/or Trooli within 90 days of the transaction date or start of the tenancy period. Any queries raised after this time will not be paid.

 

Discount Codes

Trooli encourages affiliates to contact us for exclusive voucher/discount codes and additional incentives.

Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Trooli affiliate programme, either through our account or directly from our Awin Account Manager.

Trooli reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale, and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.

 

Lead Generation and Data Collection

Affiliates are not allowed to use the Trooli brand to collect lead or information on customers unless they obtain prior written approval from Trooli. If Affiliates are expressly authorised to process personal data on behalf of Trooli, they must comply with Trooli's Personal Data requirements.

 

Paid Search

     - Affiliates should not bid on hybrid brand + generic terms.

     - Affiliates should not bid on misspelling and variations of the brand term.

 

Deeplinking

Affiliates are only permitted to use the links provided by Trooli or the network. If a publisher is interested in pushing an offer that is not provided specifically for affiliates, they will need to request this via the network. Trooli will then decide if the affiliate is allowed to promote the offer or not. Affiliates are not permitted to create their own deeplinks.

 

Validations

Broadband orders that are not activated within 90 days of purchase will be declined. 

Sales may be declined because of the following reasons (not limited to):

     - Payment details not authorised

     - Broadband/network issue (i.e. broadband not available)

     - Active account already at address

     - Previous account issues

     - Payment failure

     - Incorrect address/details provided

     - Installation Issues (i.e. date not available)

     - Unauthorised use of discount codes

 

Ramifications 

Any affiliate found in breach of these rules will be immediately suspended until the breach is investigated. Should activity deliberately be proven to be in violation of these rules, then Trooli has the right to immediate termination and the Affiliate will be immediately ejected from the programme, with no payment of commissions for transactions completed during the time of the breach.
