Roseland Furniture Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
As an affiliate, by applying to join the Roseland Furniture affiliate programme, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Any breach of our terms and conditions may result in exclusion from the Roseland Furniture affiliate programme and reversal of commissions where deemed appropriate at our discretion.

Affiliates must ensure that an affiliate disclaimer is clearly presented on any medium to promote Roseland Furniture such as: “your website name” is a participant in the Roseland Furniture Affiliate Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to (“your website name”, www.roselandfurniture.com)
Branding Restrictions
You must follow Roseland Furniture’s brand guidelines at all times. Please reach out to the Roseland Furniture account management team for Roseland Furnitures latest copy or to request bespoke copy to be authorised.
Affiliates must at all times be responsible in their promotion of the Roseland Furniture brand and avoid any use which may be interpreted as "spamming" or misrepresenting or bringing disrepute to our company, trading name(s), brand name(s) or the company trading name(s), brand name(s) or our suppliers.
Paid Search Policy
Affiliates are required to refrain from registering, appearing, or bidding on our pure brand terms, combined brand and generic terms or misspellings in any form of match types, unless PPC rights have been agreed for a set period of time. If/when agreed, a list containing the allowed brand keywords and match types will be provided.
The use of other generic keywords (in any match types) is allowed at this time, however Roseland Furniture reserves the right to exclude any exact match keywords or general PPC bidding. Upon request affiliates must amend or remove PPC activity within 7 days. Any excluded keywords will be featured and updated as a list in our terms and conditions. Affiliate participating in permitted PPC bidding must ensure they are not "outbidding" any Roseland Furniture's in-house ads.
Affiliates are required to include brand and misspelling terms as negative keywords (in all match types) in any and all of their search engine marketing campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to keywords such as:

- RoselandFurniture
- www.roselandfurniture.com
- www.roselandfurniture.co.uk
- roselandfurniture.com
- London Oak
- Surrey Oak
- Farrow Grey
- Farrow White
- Farrow Cream
- Roseland Sleep
- Roseland
Use of the www.RoselandFurniture.com domain and variations is strictly forbidden within the copy of any form of PPC advertisement including the display URL. The trading name "Roseland Furniture" or any formulation of this brand name may not be used in the display URL’s or in any text ad.
Domain Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to register URLs with Roseland Furniture’s trademarked terms or any misspellings or reformulations contained in their domain.
Any affiliate seen to be purchasing such domain names will be immediately and permanently removed from the programme and any commissions due will be reversed. We reserve all rights to reclaim any such domain names that are registered by an affiliate back from the registrant. However, brand terms may be contained within the subdomain, e.g.:
- www.RoselandFurnitureoffers.com - Not allowed
- www.offers.com/RoselandFurniture - Allowed
Affiliates may not put the Roseland Furniture website into frames or use masked URLs.
Voucher Code Use
All discount/voucher code use must comply with the official IAB guidelines, which can be found here: https://www.iabuk.com/standards-guidelines/performance-marketing-advisory-group-code-conduct-vouchers
In addition to the IAB guidelines, the following terms apply to the Roseland Furniture affiliate programme:
- Any Roseland Furniture discount/voucher codes promoted must be provided by authorised representatives of Roseland Furniture as part of the Roseland Furniture affiliate programme.
- Affiliates are not allowed to display discount/voucher codes that were intended for use in other channels or for other online affiliates.
- Affiliates are not allowed to display made up/invented discount/voucher codes on their site(s).
- Affiliates found to be promoting unauthorised discount/voucher codes face immediate suspension from the programme. We reserve the right to decline commissions/withhold payment if non-authorised discount/voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
- Discount code offers cannot be used in conjuction with any other offers on site. E.g. If a product is part of a discounted on-site sale, the discount code will not be applicable.
- Unique discount codes are generated and issued via Roseland Furniture mailing list to ensure codes cannot be abused and can be issued on an individual basis for each user coming from each affiliate site.
When promoting discount codes for use with Roseland Furniture products, please ensure that the product price is promoted and not the price including the discount offered by the discount code. Any authorised discount codes can be advertised alongside the product price, however, the final discounted amount including the code cannot be advertised. For example, if product X is £10 and they are offering a discount code of 10% off, do not display the item as being £9. It should be advertised as £10 plus a 10% off discount code.
Cashback Sites
Cashback sites receive the current minimum 3% commission, unless exclusive rates/payment methods have been agreed.
Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, discount code or gift cards subject to Roseland Furniture's discretion.
Cancelled Orders and Commission Validations
Any cancelled or non-collected orders will be invalidated within a 90 day period and will result in non-payment of commission.

Creatives
Affiliates may not alter any creatives available through the Awin interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Awin may take immediate effect. If your site requires that banners are hardcoded, please contact the account management team to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact you whenever updates are necessary.
Email Marketing
Affiliates are permitted to send solus emails to their databases. Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited mail “spam” featuring Roseland Furniture as part of this programme. Whilst we do not require our affiliates to get our sign off on e-mail creative, we do however appreciate any transparency you can provide.

Social Media
Affiliates may feature Roseland Furniture on social media platforms – branding restrictions and guidelines must be adhered to. However, the Roseland Furniture brand should not be used in any way to register accounts on social media or via any other channel. Affiliates must bear in mind all times that in order to comply with the spirit of our brand guidelines, they must never speak ‘as’ or ‘for’ the brand, they may only speak ‘about’ or ‘promote’ the brand or our products.
Software Applications
Affiliate Toolbars - Affiliates may not feature Roseland Furniture on toolbars without written permission from Roseland Furniture or the Roseland Furniture account management team specifically authorising this promotional method. Acceptance as a member of the Roseland Furniture programme does not automatically authorise toolbar traffic.
Links
Affiliates will not cloak, hide, spoof, or otherwise obscure the URL of your site containing Special Links (including by use of a redirecting page) such that we cannot reasonably determine the site and original UTM parameters from which a customer clicks through such Special Link to the Roseland Furniture website.
M2M Orders
Commission is not paid on M2M Orders and is not tracked via Awin.
Commissions
Roseland Furniture does not pay commission on:
• VAT
• Delivery charges
• Credit card fees
• Purchases of Gift cards
Affiliate offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, loyalty or cashback offer. Offers are not valid on Clearance, Stock, Guardsman, delivery or disposal. Valid online only, cannot be used in stores. Roseland Furniture reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
