Except as explicitly provided otherwise, the following restrictions will apply:
- Affiliates are not allowed to purchase or bid on any domain name with the word 'donnerberg' or misspellings of 'donnerberg' in the URL, e.g. www.donnerberg.net
- Affiliates are not permitted to include Donnerberg brand names in the subdomain of their website's URL, e.g. http://donnerberg.affiliate.com
- Affiliates are not permitted to have paid ads appearing on searches for any Donnerberg brand terms. This includes exact match brand e.g. Donnerberg, brand misspellings, abbreviations, and extended brand hybrids
- Affiliates are not allowed to register the brand Donnerberg or any variation of it on any social media platform. This includes and does not limit to brand + generic word or sentence as well generic word or sentence + brand. Any attempt to register such social media accounts will be a direct breach of the Awin terms and conditions, in particular section 7. Intellectual Property Rights of the Awin code of conduct.
- Affiliates must not post on any official Donnerberg social media platforms in order to attempt to drive visitors to their webpage.
- These Terms and Conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including, but not limited to, search engines, content networks and social networking ad placements.
- Donnerberg encourages affiliates to contact us for exclusive voucher/discount codes and additional incentives. Affiliates can only promote vouchers/discount codes provided through Donnerberg affiliate programme. The expiry date on voucher codes must be clearly displayed and the vouchers removed after this date unless stated otherwise. Any publisher promoting unauthorised or expired codes will be declined commission and may be suspended from the programme.
- Some discount codes are released exclusively; in which case they will not be shared in the discount code section. Affiliates are only permitted to promote discount codes issued exclusively to them unless otherwise advised by Donnerberg. Discounts and Vouchers may not be promoted as being eligible to be combined with another form of discount, voucher or cashback unless explicitly stated by us.
- Cashback cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Donnerberg offer (offline or online). Any users that click through from a cashback website to the Donnerberg website will be entitled to the offer stated on the cashback website. Users who click through from a cashback site and enter a promotional code will not be entitled to cashback, unless stated otherwise.
- Affiliates must not send any spam email under this affiliate programme. If you would like to send branded email, please contact us for prior approval.
Any affiliate found breaching any of the following Terms and Conditions may have their commissions set to zero and possible suspension.
