- You agree to indemnify Live Oak Nutrition Inc. d/b/a Health Naturals from any adverse effects, expenses, losses, liability, and claims of any nature whatsoever which result from you not following our Program Terms.
Publishers must only use creative, copy, and content assets taken directly from our AWIN affiliate program. No other assets or content may be used unless otherwise approved by the Health Naturals team. Publishers must not say or write anything about Health Naturals or any product on our website unless it is submitted to us for approval first, or unless it is information coming directly from our website. By joining our program you hereby acknowledge your responsibility for following our program terms. If you fail to follow our program terms you acknowledge and understand that you are and will be responsible for any and all claims or demands, including expenses, damages, costs, and attorney's fees.
We do not allow our Nootropic formulas to be sold on Amazon. We choose not to allow our products to be sold on Amazon for a few reasons. Amazon is not always discerning about which nootropics can be featured on its site, and we do not want to appear alongside (and therefore be associated with) low-quality junk products. Amazon is also a ”Wild West” environment in ways, where reviews are easily manipulated. Finally, Health Naturals is just a far better place, since this is home to all the information customers are looking for to understand products like Nootropic Mind – far more information than would be allowed on Amazon.
We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program, including if it:
- Promotes violence
- Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Promotes illegal activities
- Promotes sexually explicit materials
- Has more than two fraudulent orders linked to your commission in less than thirty days.
- Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law. It is entirely your responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to your site. You must have express permission to use any person's copyrighted material, whether it be a writing, an image, or any other copyrightable work. We will not be responsible (and you will be solely responsible) if you use another person's copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation of the law or any third party rights.
- Contains software or use technology that attempts to intercept, divert or redirect Internet traffic to or from any other website, or that potentially enables the diversion of affiliate commissions from another website.
- Contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
- Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
