PPC Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read ESR affiliate terms and conditions for PPC marketing before you join our program or begin marketing of our Program. These terms and conditions are written in plain terms intentionally avoiding legalese to ensure that they may be clearly understood and followed by affiliates. Adherence to the terms and conditions provides that the ESR affiliate Program is sustainable and profitable for both ESR and our affiliates.
Definitions
As used in the below Terms: (i) “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to ESR and; (ii) “you” or “your” refers to the Affiliate; (iii) “our website” refers to our website like www.ESR.com; (iv) “your website” refers to any websites that you will link to our website; (v) “Program” refers to the ESR Affiliate Program.
PPC Guidelines
If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC guidelines as follows:
1. Affiliates must not use ESR trademarks in the URL to the right of the domain in the display URL, e.g. www.yoursite.com/ESRgear.
2. Affiliates must not use any of the following URLs (or others we may communicate to you from time to time), including misspellings and variations, in the display URL at any PPC search engine or various "content network" sections: www.ESRGear.com, www.ESR7Gear.com, catalog.esrgear.com, forum.esrgear.com, www.discoverESR.com, www.esr-case.com, catalog.esr-case.com, forum.esr-case.com, www.discoveresr-case.com, www.illusdesign.com, www.urbansoda.com, www.defender.com
3. Affiliates must not include "Official Site" or represent that your advertisement is sponsored or endorsed by ESR in any way.
4. Affiliates must not bid on ESR trademarked terms + "term", e.g. "ESR coupons", "ESR coupon codes",“esr case”"esr gear""esr iphone""esr magsafe""esr products""esr store" etc.
5. Affiliates must not bid on the ESR trademarks and URLs, including but not limited to those shown below (or others we may communicate to you from time to time), including misspellings and variations, on any search engine: ESR, ESR Gear, ESR Case, ESR7Gear, ESR Defender, Discover ESR, Catalog ESR, IllusDesign, Halolock, ESR Halolock
6. Product Listing Ads (PLAs)/Shopping Ads: Affiliates are not permitted to use any data feed files, including network data feeds and shopping network data feeds, in PLAs with any of the search engines. Use of PLAs is not allowed by Affiliates under any circumstances.
We reserve all the rights for the final explanation of the PPC terms and conditions.
Corresponding Measures
If we found that you have one of the prohibited actions mentioned above, corresponding actions will be taken as a punishment as follows:
1.For the first time: We will remind you to stop the actions by email and adjust your commission down to 0%. you need to stop the bidding as soon as possible and then inform us when the action has been completed. We will adjust your commission to normal after that.
2.For the second time: We will remind you again. In the meantime, We will have to cancel all the orders that came from you in the past 30 days.
3.For the third time: We will remind you again. In the meantime, we will have to cancel ALL the orders that came from you in the past 60 days.
4.For the fourth time: We have to suspend your account. Once your violation affects our business, we have the right to ask for redemption, the amount of which will always double your promotion data in the violation period.
