Affiliates must make it clear in their application that they are an incentive site as different commission structures may apply. Any affiliate that withholds this information will have their commission declined and/or retracted.
Affiliates may only promote codes created specifically for the affiliate channel, unless specified otherwise by énergie Online. Any affiliate promoting codes other than those created specifically for the affiliate channel will have their commission declined for any sales they make from these codes.

énergie Online Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Digitally Empowered Ltd (Trading as énergie Online) operates an Affiliate Partner Model whereby affiliates can earn Affiliate Partner Payments and the individual(s) affiliates refer to the Service (the “Follower(s)”) can earn Referral Discounts (the “Affiliate Partner Model”), in accordance with the terms of this Schedule.
We will provide affiliates with a referral link that can be distributed to affiliates followers. The affiliate discount is non-refundable and can only be used towards the purchase of an énergie Online subscription made via the énergie online Website; it cannot be used to purchase a subscription via or in conjunction with any alternative schemes or discount programmes.
A Follower will be successfully referred to the Service when that Follower has maintained a subscription with the Service for a complete one (1) month period and has not cancelled their subscription (Successful Referral).
Affiliates will receive a one-off payment of £5.00 for each Successful Referral (an “Affiliate Partner Payment”).
Within 30 days of the end of each month Digitally Empowered Ltd will notify affiliates of the total Successful Referrals made by affiliates during that month and the total Affiliate Partner Payment due to affiliates.
All Affiliate Partner Payments will be payable to affiliates on a quarterly basis, upon receipt of an invoice from affiliates for the total Affiliate Partner Payment due for the quarter, in accordance with the monthly calculations provided to affiliates by Digitally Empowered Ltd. Invoices will be paid by Digitally Empowered Ltd within thirty (30) days of receipt. All payments will be in Pound Sterling and shall be inclusive of VAT.
The Affiliate Partner Model is only available for Affiliates under this Term Sheet. Affiliates must promote the AWIN referral code in accordance with this Term Sheet, but affiliates may not publish or distribute it on commercial sites including Reddit or Wikipedia, or on blogs with the primary purpose of soliciting Referral Credits or discount codes.
The Affiliate Partner Model is only applicable to Followers who have never used the Service before.
The énergie Online Affiliate Partner Model may not be combined with other énergie Online referral programs or incentives.
Énergie Online reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals and Successful Referral calculations in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Commission Approval Criteria
Commission is payable on sales tracked directly through Awin, attributed to the Affiliate Account ID on a last click basis. Commission on sales is paid as follows:
A flat fee of £5 Commision
Sales must be validated by https://energieonline.co.uk/ with confirmation that the transaction has been successful and free trial has been started. We will not pay commission on the redemption of gift vouchers or evouchers on our site. Commission will be paid as long as all terms and conditions have been adhered to.
Creative / Banners
énergie Online will supply creative in line with current promotions available through the Affiliate Programme. If any Affiliate wishes to use alternative graphical content, this must be submitted to énergie Online for approval - once this has been signed-off in writing, this will be free to use by the Affiliate.
Grant of Rights
Affiliates irrevocably and unconditionally grant énergie Online all rights and consents to use their name, image, likeness and biography on the énergie Online platform, and outside the platform for the purposes of promoting the énergie Online platform.
Warranties from Affiliate
Affiliate hereby warrants that:
Affiliate has the right to grant the rights required by énergie Online and is free to enter into this Term Sheet and to render the services to be rendered hereunder;
the content uploaded by Affiliate will be lawful, appropriate and not infringe any third party rights; and
Affiliates shall not undertake any act or omission or make or publish any statement (derogatory or otherwise) that could bring énergie Online into disrepute.
Any breach of the above warranties shall entitle énergie Online to be reimbursed all for all costs, claims, damages and proceedings issued by a third party against énergie Online by the Affiliate.
Transaction Queries
While énergie Online commit to resolving any missing transactions, they will not review any transaction queries that are older than 6 months.
All transaction queries must reference which product is bought, otherwise it will be declined.
Ramifications
If an Affiliate breaks the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions énergie Online will be in touch to resolve the issue. The Affiliate commission will be paused until the issue has been resolved. If an Affiliate breaches the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions more than once they will be removed from the programme with immediate effect.
If énergie Online suspects that a publisher has acted fraudulently, in breach of its obligations under these terms and conditions, énergie Online reserves the right to:
- Suspend the publishers account;
- Withhold any pending payments for amounts suspected to be derived from fraudulent acts or a breach of any contractual obligations
- Terminate the partnership
Seek to be reimbursed for any direct or indirect costs, claims, damages, fees or proceedings which may be levied against énergie Online by a third party as a result of the Affiliate’s breach.
