Email Marketing
Prior to any email marketing activity, this needs to be agreed with the Sleepseeker affiliate manager at khabinakova@johncotton.co.uk.
Offline Public Relations Activities & Press
Offline PR activity is not permitted. Any press where Sleepseeker is referenced must have full sign off and pre-approval from the Sleepseeker account manager at khabinakova@johncotton.co.uk.
Creative
The creative provided by Sleepseeker is the only creative to be used in affiliate ads. No alterations are permitted without prior written permission. Creative must be updated in-line with the seasonal changes and any outdated creative and links including the brand name or domains using ‘Sleepseeker’ or similar derivatives is forbidden.
Affiliates are requested not to hard code banners into their sites.
As a rule of thumb, we provide standard sizes of creative to all our affiliates and this should not be altered. If you require any extra sizes, creatives or links please reach out to khabinakova@johncotton.co.uk.
Content
In applying for the Sleepseeker programme you are confirming that you are not promoting Sleepseeker’s affiliate programme in inappropriate site topics. These include -
- Illegal material
- Any obscene or sexually explicit material;
- Any violent, discriminatory, threatening or abusive material;
- Any material which is blasphemous or defamatory in any way
- Any material that infringes the Intellectual Property of any third party
- File sharing
- P2P (or Peer to Peer)
Breach of terms
Sleepseeker reserve the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
