The following branding guidelines should be followed when advertising Zalando Lounge:
1. Brand name Zalando Lounge
The brand name Zalando Lounge should be used correctly and with no amends. Examples of unauthorized spelling of the original brand name include, but are not limited to:
hyphenated brand name, e.g. Zalando-Lounge;
brand name joined with other words, e.g. Zalando Lounge-offers;
brand name with articles, e.g. the Zalando Lounge
split brand name, e.g. Lounge, Zalando.
Please notice that any reference to the brand name Zalando while promoting Zalando Lounge is strictly prohibited.
2. Guidelines for promotion
When advertising Zalando Lounge or any of the campaigns available on Zalando Lounge, the following guidelines must be followed:
- brand names and/or campaign names should be spelled correctly
- discount information provided by the advertiser shall be communicated correctly
- inclusion of "X% off compared to the recommended retail price" is mandatory when communicating a discount.
- start & end date of the promoted campaigns shall be communicated, unless already included in the relevant graphic material.
Partners including paid affiliate links in articles or reviews of Zalando Lounge must clearly disclose the existing partnership with the advertiser in a noticeable way.
Please notice that some of the campaigns available on Zalando Lounge might have marketing restrictions. In such cases, no promotional activity will be authorized.
Only the graphic material made available by the advertiser shall be used for promotion and no logos and/or banners shall be amended. For requests of branded material currently unavailable, please get in touch with us. Please also ensure that the graphic material in use is up-to-date; this especially refers to the Zalando Lounge corporate logo.
