Partners joining the affiliate program of Lounge by Zalando shall observe the following conditions.
1.Content and promotion
Content and promotional channels listed below are not authorized:
SEM/Search/PPC
Bidding on the following keywords is strictly prohibited.
“Zalando Lounge” brand name
Any variations or misspelling of the brand name Zalando Lounge
“Zalando Lounge” in combination with any other keywords.
The only combination of keywords allowed to advertise via Search/PPC is the brand name “Zalando Lounge” in association with the keywords “voucher” and/or “voucher code”.
Please notice that partners should not bid on keywords including product categories (e.g. “clothing”, “sneakers”, “bags” etc.) and/or and brand names available on the website of Zalando Lounge while promoting Zalando Lounge via Search.

Non-DK websites
Lounge by Zalando reserves the right to review partners’ placements at any time and require necessary changes to comply with terms and/or branding guidelines. If such changes are not timely implemented, the collaboration shall be terminated.
Partners should only make use of links and graphic material provided by the advertiser. Amending any of the logos and banners provided is not allowed. For requests of branded material currently unavailable, please get in touch with us.
Inclusion of "X% off compared to the recommended retail price" is mandatory when communicating a discount.
2. Incentives
Partners shall not advertise incentivized offers and voucher codes unless provided and/or approved by the advertiser. Promoting the offer “Tell a friend” or any incentive found via other channels than Affiliate, including Lounge by Zalando newsletter, is strictly prohibited. Transactions generated with unauthorized vouchers will not be tracked and allocated to partners. Any transaction queries where the usage of an unauthorized voucher is detected will be declined.
3. Marketing restrictions
Please notice that some of the campaigns available on Lounge by Zalando might have marketing restrictions. In such cases, no promotional activity will be authorized. Commissions on transactions generated promoting restricted campaigns will be declined. Please notice that commissions on specific sales might not be allocated; partners will be informed of such occasional cases beforehand.
4. Validation of transactions
Before confirming commissions, Lounge by Zalando reserves the right to verify and validate conversions and remunerate only the ones originated in agreement with Terms & Conditions.
Leads (valid sign-up of users to Lounge by Zalando website, mobile site or app) will undergo a process of verification according to internal criteria and KPIs. Zalando Lounge also reserves the right to refuse the payment of commissions on cancelled and returned orders. For partial returns, commissions will be calculated on the remaining order value.
Validation will take place latest 75 days after the transaction occurred and only valid conversions will be remunerated. If fraud attempts are detected, the advertiser reserves the right to either cancel all open transactions, or hold off payment until fraud is confirmed, and to terminate the partnership without notice.
