-Process after your order is placed
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
-The standard of shipping
We offer free ground shipping worldwide on orders over $178. For orders under $178, there is an international flat-rate shipping charge of $15.
-What to do if the parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?
We are welcome any email about your confuse including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to respond or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 60 business days, please contact us at service@naploungewear.com. We will take immediate remedial actions.
