Voucher & Discount Codes
Only discount codes provided directly by the network may be promoted by affiliates.
Any affiliate promoting codes not provided directly to them will result in the rejection of sales made with these vouchers and risk removal from the programme.
PPC Restrictions - No Bidding on Brands
Affiliates are prohibited by Emma Mattress from bidding on brand names on all search engines. Affiliates who bid on brand names will be removed from the programme. Any commissions on these sales will not be paid by Emma Mattress.
Affiliates are prohibited from using brand names with generic terms.
We monitor paid bidding on all competitive keywords and ask for your help with this process.
No bidding on brand terms, or on misspellings. This includes both the brand name and URLs containing the brand name.
It is not permitted to link directly to the Emma Mattress website, or to send the customer from a PPC ad via a redirect directly to the Emma Mattress website.
Include the term "Emma" as a negative keyword in all campaigns to reduce the risk of appearing on the brand name "Emma Mattress".
Typosquatting is not permitted. Please note that we carefully monitor paid search for all competitive keywords and ask for your help in this process.
We reserve the right to remove affiliates who bid on branded terms from the programme. Any commission earned from these sales will not be paid out.
URLs.
You cannot operate domains that contain trademarks for the sole purpose of driving search engine traffic.
It is important to note that affiliates may not use the Emma Mattress URL (http://www.emma-mattress.co.uk), including any variation thereof.
Any affiliate using this URL may be removed from the programme.
Affiliates may not use trademarks as a sub-domain in their URL.
Affiliates must use their own website which may contain trademarks in the sub-domains of the URL
