Use of, participation in and access to the Affiliate Programme does not of itself create a relationship between you and medino Online Limited.
Discount/Voucher Codes
- Only discount and/or voucher codes that are supplied to Affiliates by medino are valid for use by Affiliates.
- Expiry dates should be clearly listed next to applicable discount codes.
- Codes may not apply to certain products, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the medino.
Paid Search (across any platform)
- Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches for medino.
- Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on misspells or variations of brand searches.
- Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on extended or hybrid brand searches.
- Affiliates are not permitted to use the medino trademark in any paid search activity.
- Unless explicit permission (irrespective of having joined the medino programme) has been given, no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the medino website.
- Affiliates must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a webpage.
- Affiliates must not replicate the medino URLs; use, set up or establish any domain name that includes reference to the medino trademark.
- Affiliates must not run shopping ads on search engines which compete against medino's own shopping ads.
Creative
- Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available to them through Awin
