Validations
Orders that are declined will have the reason for decline indicated at the time of validation. The most common reasons for commissions being declined are if the customer fails the mobile networks credit checks (this is something TalkMobile have no control over) or if TalkMobile itself have to decline the order. If the latter, this may occur for one of the following reasons:
- Customer failed the security check
- Customer called back to cancel the order
- Stock issues led to cancellation
- Payment issues
- Fraud
All transaction must pass a 3 month validation period before commission is processed to publishers

Keyword Restrictions
Affiliates must not directly or indirectly bid on the trademark "Talkmobile", "TalkMobile" or any misspelling or variations of these.

1 Display URL
1.1. You cannot include trademarks in the sub folders of the display URL's in your Search Engine Adverts

1.2. You cannot include trademarks in the sub domain of the display URL's in your Search Engine Adverts

1.3. You cannot operate domains which contain trademarks for the sole purpose of driving traffic from Search Engines

2.1. You are not allowed to use trademarks in your Ad Copy Title

3.1. You are not allowed to use trademarks in your Ad Copy Body
4. Keywords
4.1. You are not allowed to show adverts on misspellings of advertiser's trademarks.
4.2. You are not allowed to show adverts for a search on advertiser's Company Name and trademarks.
4.3. You are not allowed to show adverts for a search on advertiser's Company Name or trademarks when also using generic terms. (i.e. Brand with Generic Terms)
4.4. You are not allowed to show adverts against advertiser's URL (e.g. www.emerchant.com)
4.5. You are not allowed to show adverts against advertiser's URL or variations
www.emerchant.com, w.emerchant.com. ww.emerchant.com,etc…)
4.6. You are not allowed to show adverts on trademarks, or variations, of advertiser’s competitors?
4.7. You are not allowed to show adverts for generic terms when using a landing page.
5. Negative keywords list/ Trademarks
5.1. You are not allowed to show adverts for a straight search on these trademarked or excluded terms
