Commission model
CPA is structured on a tiered commission model based on the split between:
- - Top Brands (adidas, Asics, Jordan, New Balance, Nike, ON, UGG)
- - Non Top Brands
CSS / Shopping Directories / Comparison Sites: 10% non-top / 4% top
Content: 12% non-top / 5% top
Loyalty: 6% non-top / 3% top
Cashback: 6% non-top / 2% top
Voucher code: 4% non-top / 1% top
We are open to commission increases of +2-4% based on exposure opportunities + booking long-term packages with key partners.
- Foot Locker is not paying any commission on high heat launches such as Yeezy and Jordan. Those sales will fall back into CID "NO_COMMISSION".
- We do not approve commissions on bulk orders where we can identify that the activity is coming from resellers.

Limitations:
- All CSS activity is prohibited without recent approval from Foot Locker
- Search engine marketing is allowed with all search engines.
- Brand bidding is not permitted. The brand "FOOT LOCKER" may not be booked as a keyword, even in variations, misprints or word combinations (this limitation is valid for CSS Partner, too!).
- Direct links are allowed. The brand may be displayed as a display and destination URL, as well as in the ad text and headline (but not booked as a keyword in the search engines).

Only vouchers may be advertised which have been approved for the respective partner within the scope of the affiliate programme in the network.
