Wie is yoin?
Begin 2021 trad Youfone toe tot de Belgische markt. Wat later, in 2024 onderging het een rebranding en veranderde de naam naar yoin. Yoin is een toegankelijke telecomprovider voor alle Belgen.
In samenwerking met het Proximus-netwerk zorgen wij ervoor dat iedereen snel, stabiele en slim verbonden is. Het Proximus-netwerk is uitgeroepen tot het beste en snelste mobiele netwerk van België met downloadsnelheden tot 900 Mbit/s.
GSM-abonnementen en Internet Thuis
Yoin streeft ernaar om altijd de beste GSM-abonnementen aan de beste prijs aan te bieden. De klant kan zelf een GSM-abonnement samenstellen met een ruime keuze aan data, belminuten en sms’en. Zo is er voor elke mobiele telefoongebruiker een passend GSM-abonnement af te sluiten. De abonnementen zijn zowel in België als in de EU geldig. Daarnaast biedt yoin ook sinds 2023 Internet Thuis aan op het Proximus-netwerk.
Klanten houden via de persoonlijke MyYoin altijd controle over de kosten met de bel- of datalimiet. Daarnaast biedt de MyYoin extra diensten & modules aan zoals een spaarprogramma, yoin the club, en een vriendendienst waarbij de klant en iemand uit zijn vriendenkring beiden €10,- korting krijgen op hun factuur.

Het versturen van commerciële uitingen vanuit AWIN is alleen toegestaan als de publisher aantoonbaar compliant is conform artikel 11.7 van de Telecommunicatiewet, de richtlijnen van de ACM en de gedragsregels van AWIN. De AWIN Code of Conduct dient ondertekend in het bezit te zijn van AWIN Benelux zodat deze ter alle tijden overdrachtelijk zijn op verzoek van de ACM.
- Previews moeten ter goedkeuring worden voorgelegd via de E-mail Approval Tool
- Bij het indienen van een preview geeft de publisher aan dat men akkoord gaat met artikel 11.7 van de Telecommunicatie wet en dat er voorafgaande toestemming van alle e-mail ontvangers is verkregen.
- De uiting mag pas worden verzonden als de adverteerder de preview en verzending heeft goedgekeurd.
- De publisher is zelf verantwoordelijk voor eventuele consequenties die worden opgelegd als men zich schuldig heeft gemaakt aan het versturen van spam, of het versturen van een commerciële uiting zonder toestemming van de adverteerder.
Het is in dit programma niet toegestaan om verkeer door te sturen dat afkomstig is uit iedere vorm van software, adware, spyware en/of malware.

Who is yoin?
Youfone entered the Belgian market at the beginning of 2021. A little later, in 2024, it underwent a rebranding and changed the name to yoin. Yoin is an accessible telecom provider for all Belgians.
In collaboration with the Proximus network, we ensure that everyone is connected quickly, stable and smart. The Proximus network has been declared the best and fastest mobile network in Belgium with download speeds of up to 900 Mbit/s.
GSM subscriptions and Internet at home
Yoin strives to always offer the best GSM subscriptions at the best price. The customer can put together a GSM subscription with a wide choice of data, calling minutes and text messages. This means that a suitable GSM subscription can be taken out for every mobile phone user. The subscriptions are valid in both Belgium and the EU. In addition, yoin has also been offering Internet at Home on the Proximus network since 2023.
Customers always have control over the costs with the calling or data limit via their personal MyYoin. In addition, MyYoin offers additional services & modules such as a savings program, yoin the club, and a friend service where the customer and someone from his circle of friends both receive a €10 discount on their invoice.

E-mail terms and conditions:
Sending commercial communications from AWIN is only permitted if the publisher can demonstrate their compliance with article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act, the guidelines from the ACM and AWIN's Code of Conduct. The signed AWIN Code of Conduct must be in the possession of AWIN Benelux, so that it can be transferred at ACM's request at any time.
- Previews must be presented for approval via the E-mail Approval Tool
- When submitting a preview, the publisher is indicating its agreement with article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act and that it has obtained prior permission from all the e-mail recipients.
- The communication may only be sent once the advertiser has approved the preview and transmission.
- The publisher is itself responsible for any consequences imposed if it is found guilty of sending spam, or sending a commercial communication without the permission of the advertiser.
It is not permitted in this programme to forward traffic originating from any form of software, adware, spyware and/or malware.
