SEBO (UK) Ltd Terms and Conditions
1. All content included on our Website and social media platforms, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software are the property of SEBO (UK) Ltd (https://sebo.co.uk) and other relevant third parties working with, or which have been permitted to use by SEBO (UK) Ltd.
2. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless given express written permission to do so by us.
3. Any content, including images, text and videos from Social Media Platforms are the property SEBO (UK) Ltd and cannot be copied or reproduced unless shared and full credit given to SEBO (UK) Ltd in accordance with the relevant social media platforms rules and regulations.
4. The inclusion of a link to another site does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.
5. The means by which you identify yourself must not violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.
6. You must not or attempt to display, publish, copy, print, post, modify or otherwise use the information contained therein for the benefit of any third party or website without our prior written consent.
7. You may not create a false identity, misrepresent your identity, create a profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another user’s account or information; your profile information, including your name, address, payment information etc., while it may be kept anonymous, must be accurate and complete and may not be misleading, illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful.
8. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content is strictly prohibited.
9. In all social media, media, video, and promotional content we politely ask all our affiliates not to refer to any SEBO vacuum as a ‘Hoover’.
10. Any agreements, financial arrangements or personal information shared between SEBO (UK) Ltd and affiliates are to remain private and confidential.

12. We may offer a discount/promotion/voucher code on our products from time to time, but this is subject to change and shall be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to end any discounts or promotions at any time without prior notice.
13. When featuring our charity vacuum cleaners, always tag the corresponding charity organisation.
14. We reserve the right to not offer commissions on selected SEBO products and vacuum cleaners.
15. We reserve the right to request the removal of any images or content that misrepresent our brand/product and withhold any affiliate commissions.
16. We would ask that you grant SEBO (UK) Ltd full use of any images, content and videos for other media platforms, sales literature, and press that you may produce.
17. We do not currently de-duplicate sales but reserve the right to do so in the future. We agree, wherever possible, to provide reasonable notice period on any significant changes to the campaign.
18. The Affiliate shall:
a. not do or omit to do anything which may cause SEBO to lose any licence, authority, consent, or permission on which it relies for the purposes of conducting its business.
b. not breach any Advertising Regulations.
c. make it obviously identifiable when the Affiliate is advertising a SEBO product before a viewer engages the advertisement by using the specified hashtags in social media posts.
d. not be defamatory, libellous, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
e. not make any adverse or derogatory comment about SEBO, a SEBO Affiliate, or SEBO’s, or SEBO’s Affiliates,’ Directors or Employees, or do anything which shall, or may, bring SEBO, or SEBO’s, Affiliates, Directors, or Employees into disrepute; and
f. not make any adverse or derogatory comment about the SEBO’s products or services.
19. The affiliate shall indemnify SEBO (UK) Ltd in full against all costs, expenses, damages and losses, including any interest, fines, legal and other professional fees and expenses awarded against or incurred or paid by SEBO as a result of or in connection with any claim brought against SEBO for actual or alleged infringement of a third party's Intellectual Property Rights arising out of, or in connection with, the affiliates activities.
20. Limitation of liability and indemnity
20.1 Nothing in the Agreement:
(a) shall limit or exclude the Affiliate's or SEBO's liability for:
(i) death or personal injury caused by its negligence;
(ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(iii) breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession) any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law; or
20.2 Subject to clause 20.1:
20.2.1 SEBO shall not have any liability to the Affiliate, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Agreement; and
20.2.2 SEBO's total liability to the Affiliate, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Agreement shall be limited to the total commission paid by SEBO to the Affiliate under the Agreement.
21. The Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
22. We may terminate your affiliate contract if you breach any terms of this agreement. You will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. SEBO (UK) Ltd reserves the right to terminate your contract and withhold any commission.
23. SEBO (UK) Ltd reserves the right to invoice for all products received if there is any breach of this agreement.
