Affiliate programme
Complete Care Shop offer 5% commission on all online sales, plus:
- Regularly maintained product feed
- Dedicated contact to review opportunities and respond to questions
- Custom banners and promotions created upon request
- 30-day cookie length
- 60-day validation period
Commission is paid on the cost of the order excluding VAT and delivery.
Programme restrictions
Unless explicitly authorised by Complete Care Shop, the following programme restrictions apply:
Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own, bid or mis-spell any domain or brand names including any keyword variation that includes our brand e.g. ‘Complete Care Shop’, ‘Complete Care Shop Rollator’, ‘Complete Care Shop Voucher Code’.
Linking methods and creative
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Affiliate window interface.
Affiliates are requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so that any creative updates can take immediate effect.
Voucher codes
Complete Care Shop encourages all publishers to contact us for exclusive voucher/discount codes and additional incentives.
Voucher codes can only be promoted if they have been provided by Complete Care Shop.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed alongside the code, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise.
Any affiliate displaying expired codes without marking them as expired may be suspended from the programme. Complete Care Shop reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Email marketing
Affiliates must either use HTML email creatives provided by Complete Care Shop or alternatively create their own, but these must be approved by Complete Care Shop before they are sent out.
Offline conversions
No commission is paid for direct telephone sales – 95% of Complete Care Shop orders are online.
Validation policy
Complete Care Shop validates transactions in line with a 30 day returns policy.
