Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this Affiliate programme.
Domain Restrictions
Grape Tree operate all PPC in-house. Affiliates may not use any domain owned by Grape Tree for PPC linking.
Voucher Code Websites
Any promotional codes and offers must be authorised by Grape Tree. Use of unauthorised codes will result in non-payment of commission. Grape Tree will be closely monitoring all voucher codes used in affiliate sales.
Affiliates found promoting unauthorised codes face immediate suspension from the programme.
Restricted Territories
Grape Tree will not be requiring traffic/promotion from affiliates outside the UK.
Creative
Affiliates may not alter any creative or text links that are available for use.
In applying for the Grape Tree programme will agree to these terms and conditions.
Anyone found infringing on these terms may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time during a review of the case.
