General Terms:
(1) As part of our program we are offering a base commission rate of 5% and we reserve the right to adjust this
(2) You as the publisher are responsible for notifying us and AWIN of any issues with URLs and tracking that you encounter
Promotional Terms:
(1) You will need to comply with the following restrictions on marketing, failure to do so will result in the forefeit of any commission generated during the period of non-compliance. We also reserve the right to terminate the agreement for non-compliance
(2) Keyword bidding - You should not bid for terms connected to our brand name (this includes but is not limited to, abbrevaitions, misspellings or strings featuring our brand name). This covers all search engines, including but not limited to, Google, Bing, MSN, Yahoo
(3) Email - Without specific consent received in writing from Little Tulip (i) You should not generate messages in any form (email, SMS or otherwise) that pertains, implies or misleads the recipient to believe it to be from Little Tulip (or any variations thereof), this could be via the return address, subject heading or information contained. (ii) You should also not forward, redistribute or repurpose any email communications that are sent directly from Little Tulip. (iii) You should not generate or distribute any unsolicited emails
(4) Promotional Codes - (i) You should not utilise and promote any voucher code on your website that has not been directly supplied to you from Little Tulip or within the AWIN platform. Little Tulip reserves the right to decline any commission gained through the use of an authorised promotional code
(5) We reserve the right to run spot checks on the above activity across your site at any point to ensure compliance with this agreement. You are fully responsible for all content, links and activities conducted on the Your Site.
