Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for Britannia Hotels: June/2024
Commission and Payment
Commission Payments: Commission of 5% will be paid on validated sales once the stay is completed.
Cookie Period: 30 Days.
Transaction Queries: Transaction queries must made with a valid booking reference and stay date. Affiliates must raise any transaction queries within a week after the stay date. Any attempts to claim commission before the stay date or without the inclusion of a stay date and booking reference will result in automatic cancellation of the transaction query.
Prohibited Activities
Paid Advertising: Strictly no paid activities, including but not limited to PPC, Paid Display, and Paid Social, are not allowed. Affiliates found engaging in these activities will be immediately removed from the program and have any outstanding commissions voided.
Pop-Ups and Browser Extensions: The use of Pop Overs, Pop Unders, browser extensions, toolbars, or any similar functionality is strictly prohibited.
Domain and Site Imitation: Affiliates must not register or use a domain name containing any Britannia Hotels intellectual property or any misspellings or similar names. Additionally, affiliates must not create websites that resemble the look and feel of the Britannia Hotels website.
Sub-Agencies, Networks, and 3rd Party Affiliates: We do not work with sub-agencies, networks, or third-party affiliates.
Banner Placement: Usage of banners or links in newsgroups, chat rooms, ICQ, message boards, banner networks, hit farms, counters, or guestbooks. Are not allowed
Desktop Advertising: Placement of creatives in any "Desktop" advertising scheme, including all third-party advertising platforms that display ads through desktop applications. Are not allowed
Merchant Display: Display of a merchant window that isn't initiated by a direct click from the end-user. Are not allowed
Fraudulent Activities: defined as attempts to generate sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manual page refreshes to create commissions, are prohibited.
Automatic Redirects: Affiliates must not use automatic redirects on a website to generate traffic.
Social Media: Affiliates must not do any brand advertising on any Social Media.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser or any other intrusive methods.
Voucher Codes: Only voucher codes issued by us may be displayed on your websites.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Listing Evidence: Affiliates must be able to provide evidence of our listing on their websites before any commission is paid out. Failure to provide such evidence will result in the forfeiture of commissions.
On Page: Any page containing our links, banners, or codes must be written in English.
Compliance and Termination
Policy Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Any violations will result in immediate removal from the campaign and cancellation of all outstanding commissions. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, including changing, adding, or removing portions. Additionally, we may alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. If any significant changes occur, you will be notified 7 days in advance, during which you can choose to accept the changes or withdraw from our program.
