  • Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own or bid on any domain names with the word ‘Smidge’ or misspellings of this terms in the URL. For example, www.smudge.co.uk.
  • Affiliates must not include Smidge, or misspelt variations of the same, in the subfolders of their website’s URL (for example: http://Smidge.affiliate.com).
  • Affiliates must not include Smidge Brand Terms, or misspelt variations of the same, in the sub domain of their website’s URL (for example: http://www.Smidge.affiliatesite.com).

Discount and Offer Codes

  • Our affiliates are not permitted to display any discount or offer codes on their site or blog unless it has been issued from the account manager or Affiliate Window voucher system. 
  • Any affiliate displaying an unauthorised voucher code on their site will have any sales generated via this voucher code declined.

PPC Policy

  • Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Smidge brand terms or similar misspellings or derivatives of the brand name on PPC search engines. Affiliates must add all possible brand keywords as negative match.
  • Anyone found infringing on these terms will receive a warning and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Continuous infringement of these terms will result in suspension.

Cancelled Orders

  • Any cancelled orders will result in non-payment of commission. A cancelled order can constitute one of the following: failed payment, fraudulent transaction or pre-dispatch cancellation.
